The installation consists of a raised working platform with a supply belt where one can empty the picking boxes and where the cherries have to be separated manually. From the infeed conveyor, the cherries go to 5 pairs of stainless steel driven rollers, which expand wider and wider. 4 discharge belts take the sorted cherries to the packing tables.
