Hydraulic hammer Piikki GA040 (4 - 7 t) 357 kg.
Piikki's hydraulic hammers are designed to perform any demanding task that the end user may encounter. Typical applications are excavation, demolition, etc.
Impact energy is generated at the top of the piston along with hydraulic pressure and nitrogen gas pressure. The top of the piston has a gas chamber (rear head) and is not part of the accumulator, so this type of hydraulic hammer is called a "gas type hydraulic hammer". Gas type hydraulic hammers have efficient power and performance if you prefer an economical investment. They can be used with relatively higher back pressure than the hydraulic type of hydraulic hammer.
Applications of hydraulic jackhammers
demolition work, breaking concrete
breaking frozen ground
breaking stone
Slag crushing
Reduction of oversized material
Road construction
Construction of sidewalks and curbs
Commercial / selective demolition
Excavating the site
Digging a trench
Advantages of peak hydraulic hammers:
Low wear resulting in high resale value of the circuit breaker
The low thermal heat of the oil means energy savings for the end user
Good hydraulic shock absorption
Less hammer maintenance and therefore lower costs
The hammers have well-engineered hydraulics to minimize overheating
The buffer system (side, top and bottom buffers) used in peak breakers has special shock and vibration absorbing properties.
Easy tool change
Noise isolation sheets as standard equipment
To ensure maximum energy transfer, the diameter of the tool and the piston are matched
